Eminem reveals his daughter Hailie Jade is pregnant in a new music video. The US rapper becomes a “grandfather”.
Eminem (51) is going to be a grandpa! The US rapper announced this on Thursday about his song “Temporary”. The clip shows dozens of old home videos of his daughter Hailie Jade Scott (28) – from toddlerhood to weddings. Towards the end of the video, the proud father shared a new video of himself and his daughter together announcing that she is expecting her first child with her husband Evan McClintock.
“Grandpa”
The influencer and podcaster presents her father with a blue football jersey with the inscription “Grandpa” and the number 1 as well as an ultrasound picture. Eminem’s jaw drops and his eyes widen as he bursts into tears at the happy news.
A few hours later, Hailie Jade also shared the happy news. In the three photos, she and her husband can be seen lovingly hugging and looking at each other in their kitchen. She also holds two ultrasound images into the camera. In her comment she announces another small detail: “mom & dad est. 2025”, you can read – the baby is expected next year.
Been a couple for a long time
Hailie Jade and Evan McClintock met at Michigan State University in 2016. After six years of dating, the couple got engaged in early 2023. In an interview on Hailie Jade’s “Just a Little Shady” podcast, McClintock revealed that he sought Eminem’s blessing for his marriage proposal during Hailie Jade’s birthday party in December 2022.
More than a year after their engagement, Hailie Jade announced that the two had married in May 2024 with their wedding photos. “I woke up this week a wife. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend,” she wrote in the comment.
Hailie Jade comes from the wild marriage of Marshall Bruce Mathers III, as the musician is born, and Kimberly Anne Scott (49).
