What streets will be closed for the Pilgrimage to Luján
Every year, the religious event brings together thousands of people who walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Luján. Thus, different points along the route may see their normal traffic affected between Friday and Sunday, for the safety of pilgrims. In this way, the confirmed cuts will be:
- Total cut in Bynon, between Cuzco and Bueras
- Total cut in Cuzco, between Avenida Rivadavia and Amadeo Jacques
- Reduction of one lane on Avenida Rivadavia towards the province
Additionally, in the Municipality of General Rodríguez there will be street closures such as Demaestri, Hipólito Yrigoyen and Aristóbulo del Valle. Finally, the only level crossings that will remain open are those on Avenida España (Av.Perón) and Avenida San Martín (Av. 25 de Mayo), as well as the Las Latas level crossing.
Pilgrims will enter the city of Luján through Las Heras Street, with a meeting point in Plaza Belgrano, in front of the Basilica of Luján.

On the other hand, the special diesel services between Moreno and Luján will run at 1:30, 4:15 and 6:25 on Sunday. Finally, from the Luján station there will be frequencies at 2:35, 5:20 and 7:30.
