How is the seriously ill actor Heinz Hoenig (73) doing? After the mime, known among other things from “The King of St. Pauli”, was able to return home from the hospital over two weeks ago, his wife Annika Kärsten-Hoenig (39) has now written a detailed article.

Presumably much to the delight of all of Hoenig’s worried followers and fans, the 39-year-old explains in her stories that the couple has “settled well in the Harz Mountains again”. Despite the actor’s illness, the family, which also includes their little sons Juliano and Jianni, “found our daily routine, found our rhythm, also in interaction with the children.”
Kärsten-Hoenig is even a little surprised by the development. “It works better than expected,” she says. But in the same breath, she also realizes that the past, worrying months have offered little space to process the terrible events. Kärsten-Hoenig literally: “Which is actually logical, because you haven’t had the time yet, or situations haven’t allowed you to show your feelings freely.”
She would like to accomplish this task for herself and Hoenig’s fans in the future and is planning a podcast project for this purpose. With “24 (K)a Summer in Berlin” she not only wants to process her experiences, but also encourage other people who are going through similar situations.
