As the world learns more and more details about P. Diddy’s alleged crimes, he fights for his freedom. Now he has filed a third application for dismissal.
Sean “Diddy” Combs probably doesn’t like his current digs. No wonder, since the “Metropolitan Detention Center” in Brooklyn has been notorious for several years for its sometimes inhumane conditions. Diddy is currently fighting with all his might to be released from prison.
P. Diddy wants to be released on bail
Two of the 54-year-old’s applications have already been rejected. This was despite Diddy offering $50 million as bail. Now he has submitted another application. It is rather unlikely that Diddy could actually be released from “horror prison” in order to prepare for his upcoming court battle in one of his luxury villas. The public prosecutor’s office has so far argued that the musician poses too great a risk of fleeing.
Diddy would like to address these concerns with his third proposal. As TMZ reports, Diddy plans to stay at his Miami mansion if he is released. He also offers not to receive any female visitors and to only talk to his family and lawyers. He did not want to contact a jury or undergo drug tests. But not only that: Diddy also says he will continue to try to sell his private jet. The plane is a big factor that could make it easier for the rapper to escape.

He makes an offer
When the rapper’s house was raided by the FBI at the beginning of the year, Diddy’s private jet was already an issue. The black Gulfstream G550 disappeared from a public tracking website at the time. “This aircraft is not available for public tracking at the request of the owner/operator,” according to an explanatory message on the FlightAware site.
P. Diddy was arrested in New York on September 16th. The rapper is accused of sex trafficking, organized crime and other crimes. He pleaded not guilty.
