Britney Spears is publicly breaking up with her sister Jamie Lynn

Britney Spears publicly comments on Twitter about the conflict with her sister. She writes a lengthy letter to Jamie Lynn Spears and ends contact with her with contempt.

Jamie Lynn Spears is releasing a book called “Things I Should Have Said” on January 18. For promotional purposes, she appears on television shows and cries in public, not without mentioning the name of her world-famous sister, Britney Spears, over and over again. But Britney is now bursting on Twitter.

“Jamie Lynn… I don’t think your book is about me… I said mean things because you obviously keep hurting me with the things you say about me!” So begins the lines, written on several cell phone sticky notes by Britney Spears. Because the number of characters on Twitter is limited, the statement was published as an image for the followers.

The singer’s lengthy letter came about because Jamie Lynn Spears claimed in an interview that Britney Spears is said to have locked the two of them in a room while the “Toxic” singer was holding a knife. The 40-year-old then responded on Twitter by asking whether her sister now wanted to sell her book at her expense, that she had sunk low and in her eyes was only “scum” because she would invent and spread something like that. The result of this clear statement were death threats to the sister and her family, probably from the fans of the world-famous interpreter. The “Britney Army”, as militant fans called themselves during the trial to end Britney’s guardianship by her father, even triggered a global hashtag movement under #freebritney at the trial last year.

Britney Spears has been banned from drinking coffee

The latest post to Jamie Lynn Spears is written a little more forgiving than the last one, but Britney Spears still finds clear words for her life: “I think we both have to realize that the fact is that our family has never been so hard on you like to me. What Dad did to me, even criminals don’t get done…”

In another passage, the “Sometimes” singer adds about her 13-year guardianship under her father: “It took me years for them to give me a cup of coffee. People who have killed others and are in prison, even some on the death penalty, can drink as much coffee as they like. Why the hell did my family forbid me to drink coffee? You treated me like a nobody, that’s not half of what you went through. I’m honestly shocked dad isn’t in jail.”

Britney Spears decides she doesn’t care about her sister from now on

Spears goes on to accuse her little sister of never being there for her, whether she called or asked for help. Jamie Lynn only stepped up as a supporting sister when outside pressure got too much last year as the #freebritney movement garnered a lot of international attention.

It is questionable whether the two sisters will ever be able to resolve this serious conflict. Because Britney ends her message in the last few sentences with the words “I don’t care anymore. Say whatever you want to say, because now I know your true heart…”
