Michael Jordan is one of the greatest legends in basketball history. Memorabilia from his career are always auctioned off – now a very special jersey is up for auction.
According to experts, a jersey from former basketball star Michael Jordan (61) could fetch up to six million US dollars (around 5.5 million euros) at an auction in New York. Jordan wore the number 23 jersey in at least 17 games during the 1996-1997 championship season with the Chicago Bulls, according to auction house Sotheby’s.
Anyone interested can bid online from October 23rd to November 4th. Michael Jordan is considered one of the greatest legends in basketball history. Jerseys, shoes and other memorabilia from his career have been auctioned off at high prices several times.
