The trailer for the documentary consists of interview sequences with the entrepreneur known as “America’s Best Housewife.” In it she gives viewers the tip to leave their unfaithful husbands as quickly as possible. “Didn’t you have an affair before?” the producer asks. “Yeah, but I don’t think Andy ever knew about it,” is Stewart’s response.

Martha Stewart was only married once. She explained in 2022 that she had suffered greatly from the divorce. “Divorce was a terrible thing for me because we were the first in my family to divorce. And the fact that we haven’t spoken to each other since the divorce is even more painful. But I am very strong, and I am very motivated to continue living my life,” she explained in the conversation.

The full documentary “Martha” will be released on Netflix on October 30th. The film follows Martha Stewart’s path to becoming the first female self-made billionaire in the USA, starting with her youth in a working-class family through her beginnings as a model and stock broker to her stay in prison. In 2004, the TV personality, who rose to prominence as an expert on cooking, gardening and furniture, spent five months in prison. She was found guilty of, among other things, conspiracy and obstruction of justice in connection with the sale of a stock.
