The woman was in the New York borough of Brooklyn at the time when she was invited to one of the rapper’s photo shoots. She went to the shoot with a friend, met Diddy there and was invited to an after party at a hotel in Manhattan. There they were taken to a separate room where they were locked with the rapper. He allegedly threatened to kill the two of them if their friend didn’t give him oral pleasure. He then forced the plaintiff to take off her clothes and sexually abused her.

The woman is being represented by Tony Buzbee, who recently made it public that he represented 120 people who have made allegations against Combs. The 54-year-old rapper was arrested in mid-September. A few days ago, a New York judge set the date for a planned trial against Diddy to begin on May 5, 2025. Combs insists he is innocent. The allegations include illegal sex trafficking and organized crime.
He is also accused in other cases of having abused, threatened and coerced women over the years. Last November, the rapper and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura (38) agreed to an out-of-court settlement – just a day after the singer filed a civil lawsuit alleging abuse and rape.
