New chats between Alberto Fernández and Fabiola Yáñez came to light: “You slapped me and left my face boiling”

A new episode opened in the case gender violence after Fabiola Yáñez’s complaint against former president Alberto Fernández. In the new alleged messages, the former first lady complained: “You slapped me and left my face boiling“.

Yáñez presented to Justice a certified copy of the messages found on his phone, after refusing to deliver your cell phone to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid. The conversation dates back to August of this year, the month in which the complaint against the former president arose.

Furthermore, this Wednesday Yáñez will insist with a demand for Francisco’s food quota.

Part of the conversation was revealed on the TN program Somos Buenos. Previously, Yáñez presented before the Justice a certified copy of the messages found on his cell phone, after refusing to hand over the device to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid.

Furthermore, in the alleged chats, the former president told Yañez: “Today a journalist from Clarín appeared asking about the photos you sent to María. They have them. This is serious”. And then he added: “Now your dialogues appeared. They are going to tell stories from there. They are going to come against me”.

“Stop fucking around. You made me deny something to a judge and you ask me to help you. You raise it as a fight, but I was going to the guest house because you slapped me and left my face boiling,” Yáñez responded.

In addition to the complaint for gender violence, the former president also faces a lawsuit for the alimony quota that the former first lady promoted for Francisco, the son in common between them. Two weeks ago, both parties had met virtually, but did not reach an agreement.

The hearing will take place this Wednesday. Due to this action, a precautionary measure currently governs that provides that 30% of the former president’s privileged retirement is paid.

The lawyer who represents Yáñez, Marina Gallegowill request from Justice a greater amount that covers the cost of renting the apartment where the former first lady lives in Madridschool fees and other expenses that would exceed that percentage, as detailed by the Noticias Argentinas agency.
