At 98 years old, the renowned television host Mirtha Legrand was distinguished with a honorary doctorate from the UBAat the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning.
“I am impressed because the university has a cinematography section and they voted for me there. When Nacho (Viale) told me about it, I said: ‘My God!’ It seemed to me that my career was not important enough to be given this titlebut he made me understand that it had been by general vote.
