VTV: Which groups do not pay the procedure
To carry out this procedure completely free of charge in the CABA, the driver must belong to one of the these groups:
- Retirees
- Pensioners
- People over 65 years of age who receive up to two minimum salaries
- Disabled drivers who own vehicles with special adaptations
- Cars intended for municipal services;
- Vehicles belonging to the fire department
- Vehicles owned by owners with disabilities
