Actress Emily Osment (32) quietly tied the knot with her partner Jack Anthony. The former “Hannah Montana” star confirmed on Wednesday (October 16) that she had married four days earlier. Life after the big day has been “wonderful” so far, as she revealed on the show.
Wedding was like a party for her
the “Young Sheldon” actress revealed details about the celebration. “We worked really hard to put together this amazing party. I mean, it was a wedding, but we brought together all the things we love so much about each other and our friends and family. So it happened “It really felt like a party, which was the best part,” Osment said.
As she reported when asked by presenter Drew Barrymore (49), she met her husband at a concert. “He was dancing like a crazy person in the front row and I just pointed at him and said, ‘Who is that?’ And then I went up to him and introduced myself,” she elaborated, adding that she love his dance style.
Engagement a year earlier
The wedding followed about a year after their engagement. At the end of June 2023, the actress showed off her ring against the backdrop of Yosemite National Park. Anthony also showed her in the first picture. “This magical, beautiful kaleidoscope of a human asked me to marry him this weekend,” she gushed. “I didn’t know that life could be so beautiful or that I could ever be so incredibly happy,” she added. She further wrote that she was proud of her personal development and considered herself lucky to be at his side. “I love you, Jack,” she ended her post.
Osment became known for her role as Lilly Truscott in the series “Hannah Montana”. Between 2006 and 2011 she played the protagonist’s best friend. She was also seen in “Hannah Montana – The Film” (2009) alongside leading actress Miley Cyrus (31). She is currently playing Mandy McAllister in the “The Big Bang Theory” spin-off “Young Sheldon” since the fifth season. Her series character got a spin-off with the sitcom “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage”. The show is scheduled to premiere this Thursday (October 17th) on the US channel CBS.
