The judge Cristina Pozzer Penzo has given new impetus to the investigation into the whereabouts of Loan Danilo Peñathe five-year-old boy who disappeared on June 13 after having lunch at his grandmother’s house in the town of 9 de Julio. Pozzer Penzo received information about the possible existence of audiovisual material that could provide crucial details about what happened that dayso he has already officially requested the videos that could have captured the moments after lunch.
On the day of his disappearance, Loan was accompanied by his father at his grandmother Catalina’s home, where other relatives were also present. So far, nine people have been arrested as part of the investigation for their possible involvement in the case, among them, the minor’s aunt, Laudelina Peña; his partner, Antonio Benítez; Monica Millapi; Daniel Ramirez; former sailor Carlos Guido Pérez; and former municipal official María Victoria Caillava.
