Liam Payne apparently used various drugs before his death. The toxicology report from the autopsy shows which substances the singer is said to have had in his blood.
Ex-One Direction singer Liam Payne tragically died on October 16th. First he rioted in a hotel in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, then fell from the third floor balcony and died at the scene of the accident – at just 31 years old.
The behavior quickly raised suspicions of drug and alcohol abuse. His body is currently undergoing an autopsy. According to the news portal “ABC News”, the toxicological findings have already been determined. Payne is said to have had a variety of drugs in his blood at the time of his death. According to the portal, this included “‘Pink Cocaine’ – a party drug that usually contains a mixture of different drugs such as methamphetamine, ketamine or MDMA. He is also said to have consumed cocaine, benzodiazepines and crack.
After his death, a makeshift aluminum pipe for drug use was found in his trashed hotel room, according to several media reports. In addition, the singer had recently met with two escort ladies, the newspaper “La Nacion” reported, citing information from investigative circles. Eyewitnesses reported how he was said to have argued with one of them in the lobby of the hotel about the ladies’ payment.
Liam Payne’s visit denies shared drug use
The ladies are said to have arrived at the hotel at 11:30 a.m. on the day of his death and left the hotel an hour before his death, around 4 p.m. Both women are said to have been cooperative with the investigating authorities, but stated that they drank alcohol with the singer but did not consume drugs.
Investigators are currently assuming that Payne may have developed psychosis due to drug use. A preliminary autopsy report suggests that Payne died of head injuries from the fall from the balcony and internal bleeding.
According to “People” magazine, an employee is suspected of having procured the drugs for the 31-year-old in Buenos Aires. Payne’s body will remain in Argentina until the autopsy is completed. His father is now said to have arrived in Argentina and is accompanying Liam Payne on his last journey. “Liam’s family just want to bring him home. […] “While there are no direct commercial flights between Buenos Aires and London, they hope to have as few stops and stops as possible,” a source told the Mirror.
