Leyla Lahouar has won “Celebrity Big Brother”. In the interview she talks about the hardest day and her plans for the future.
Leyla Lahouar (28) won the 12th season of “Celebrity Big Brother” after two weeks in the container. In the audience voting for the final, she beat Matze Höhn (28) and Jochen Horst (63). She had to leave her fiancé Mike Heiter (32) behind after the first challenge of the last show. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, she tells how difficult it was for her without him and when she almost left the show.
How do you feel one day after winning “Celebrity Big Brother”?
Leyla Lahouar: I’m overjoyed, but honestly I still can’t realize it.
Leyla Lahouar, how did you celebrate your first place or how will you still celebrate it?
Lahouar: I definitely gave it my all at the after-show party and when I’m back in Frankfurt I’ll celebrate again with my friends and family.
Did you still expect to win after the first final challenge? How badly were you shaking?
Lahouar: I wanted victory every second, but I didn’t expect it.
How difficult was it for you in the final after your fiancé Mike Heiter was eliminated?
Lahouar: It was really sad for me that Mike had to go first in the final – and then also because we both lost the game.
He proposed to you live on television the day before. How surprised were you and what did it make you feel?
Lahouar: I was so surprised and happy. I still can’t realize that either.
After the engagement live on TV, would a wedding live on TV be conceivable?
Lahouar: It would be possible. Let’s see if anything comes up.
At what point during the two weeks in the container did you want to give up?
Lahouar: The day before Mike and I had our argument, I wanted to break off because it was all too much for me.
How will you remember your time in the container?
Lahouar: It was the hardest test for our relationship and also for myself. I was exposed to so many different emotions, it was no longer normal.
What will you miss and what won’t you miss?
Lahouar: Missing it would be a bit exaggerated, but I take it with me as a great experience that has made me stronger. I definitely won’t miss the oatmeal.
Who will you keep in touch with?
Lahouar: With Sinan. And I think Mike and I will keep in touch with Max and Matze.
You leave the show with 100,000 euros, which you want to use to open a kebab shop. How did the plan come about?
Lahouar: As a woman, I want to completely change the kebab business and show that it’s not just for men.
What other dreams do you want to fulfill?
Lahouar: First of all, I want to fulfill my mom’s dream and finally fly to Africa with her.
What’s next for you after “PBB”? What can fans look forward to next?
Lahouar: There will always be something new. Next up is “Destination X,” which I also took part in.
What reality shows are on the schedule?
Lahouar: I can’t reveal that.
