The federal judge of Goya, Cristina Pozzer Penzoyou can extend until March 2025 the investigation for the disappearance of Loan Pena. This is how it was resolved Federal Court of Appeals of Corrientesafter accepting the magistrate’s request for an extension.
The resolution, known this Friday, bears the signatures of the chambermaids Selva Angélica Spessot, Mirta Gladis Sotelo and Ramón Luis González. The decision allows Pozzer Penzo to have more test measures to clarify the case.
How the direction of the investigation was established
Judge Goya, who has been involved in the case since July of this year, stated in writing that “the expected period in the regulations it is insufficientattentive to the complex nature of the actions.” The Federal Court of Appeals recalled that the first call for an investigation was made on July 13 and was finalized on the 19th.
In the first investigation, Laudelina Peña and Antonio Benitezthe child’s aunt and her partner, and the marriage of Daniel Oscar Ramírez and Mónica del Carmen Millapi, among others.
