Case dismissed in 2022
One of the women claims that she was allegedly raped by Chris Brown in December 2020 on board Sean “Diddy” Combs’ (54) yacht in Miami. Brown’s lawyers have denied the allegations, calling them “fictitious.”
Although the woman, who remains anonymous, had her case dismissed in 2022, according to the report, she wants one of her lawyers, Ariel Mitchell, to represent her again, according to People magazine. In a statement, Mitchell said, according to the magazine, “I adore my client and believe that what happened to her is 100 percent true.” According to US media reports, other lawyers previously separated from the client when police discovered text messages between her and Chris Brown after the alleged incident.
No new allegations against Sean Combs
Sean Combs – who has been accused of sex trafficking and organized crime and is also facing several civil lawsuits – does not make any accusations in the new documentary. The former music mogul, who is currently in a New York prison awaiting trial, is said to have been on the yacht.
