This is how “Building the Band” works
Payne served as one of the judges on the Netflix production, which aims to form a new band from 50 participants. In addition to Payne, Nicole Scherzinger (46) from The Pussycat Dolls and Kelly Rowland (43) from Destiny’s Child also served as judges in the first season of “Building the Band”.
