Heino has signed over his villa in Kitzbühel to his manager Helmut Werner and also wants to leave him his remaining assets.
It is a decision that shows great trust: The pop singer Heino (85) has already signed over his villa in Kitzbühel to his long-time manager Helmut Werner (40). The 300 square meter property in the noble Austrian city has an estimated value of around four million euros. But that’s not all: the musician also wants to leave his remaining assets to his manager.
“Helmut and his family are now my family too. Without them I would be all alone and probably in a retirement home,” . He loves Werner, his wife, actress Nicole Mieth (34), and their little son Lennie with all his heart. “That’s why everything that belongs to me should also belong to them,” said the 85-year-old.
Testamentary agreement with deceased wife
The basis for this decision was laid during the lifetime of Heino’s wife Hannelore Kramm (1942-2023), who died almost a year ago at the age of 82. The couple had agreed with Werner that in the event of the death of a partner, he would take care of the survivor. In return, he would later inherit the entire fortune.
The house in Kitzbühel had belonged to Hannelore since 1973, who was registered in the land register as an Austrian-born woman. The property has four floors, an indoor pool and impressive mountain and city views. The house was signed over to Werner at the beginning of the year after Heino declined his inheritance. The manager insisted on granting his protégé Heino the right to live in “his” house for life.
Close bond between artist and manager
“I had a hard time accepting the house at first. It comes with a great responsibility for me,” Werner told the “Bild” newspaper. He and Heino are together every day and have a lot of fun together. “He is part of our family. Of course it will stay that way even if one day he can no longer perform. We will always be there for him.”
