The investment in productive infrastructure will be complemented with different financing instruments for Santa Fe SMEs and producers. Construction
For the year 2025, an investment of $1,516,688 million (1.5 billion) is expected in the construction sector, considering the entire Provincial Public Sector.
Within this investment, it is worth highlighting that related to habitat in general and housing in particular. The budget assigned to the Provincial Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning for the year 2025 implies a growth of 305% compared to 2024.
Another sector that presents a significant jump in investment is in the ASSA company, especially with the projection of the replacement of distribution networks with a high level of obsolescence.
For this, an investment in capital expenditure in ASSA for $100,657.9 million has been planned.part of which would be met with financing whose authorization is provided for in the articles of the budget bill. The growth in the investment level is 754% compared to 2024.
Another policy that has been decided to prioritize refers to actions that focus on early childhood. In this sense, the “Zero Four Strategy” program was incorporated into the programmatic budget network with an allocation of $8,000 million to address different actions through a comprehensive and multi-agency approach.
