This Wednesday, Justice raided the house of Blanca Álvarez de Toledo, mother of the actress Esmeralda Miter, located in the City of Buenos Aires, after the request of the media.

The confrontation began after the death of her father and Blanca’s ex-husband, Bartolomé Luis Miter. In 2021, Álvarez de Toledo she sued all of her ex-husband’s childreneven to Esmeralda.
Prior to that, the actress She had been compulsively transferred to a clinic through the intervention of a psychologist and her mother. At first, Miter would have resisted but then agreed to be transferred in an ambulance for a psychiatric check-up.
Once she was discharged, Esmeralda sued her mother, the doctors, the Sanatorio de la Trinidad and the social work; and he had to prove before a court that he was not in a state of destitution.
