Demi Moore unrecognizable: star shows off nude prosthetics from horror film

After a few quieter years, Hollywood legend Demi Moore (61) made a brilliant return to the big screen in 2024 with the psychological thriller “The Substance”. In the film by director Coralie Fargeat (48), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, she plays an aging actress who takes a revolutionary rejuvenation drug – with frightening consequences. On Instagram, in keeping with Halloween, Moore revealed that she has kept some prosthetic bodies from “The Substance.”

In the four pictures shared by the actress, she looks deformed and has aged decades, the artificial hair is barely there, and in the last picture, Moore’s face is covered in blood. “I’ve been saving these gems from ‘The Substance’ and today is the right day to share them. Happy Halloween from Elisabeth Sparkle,” Moore writes, alluding to the show’s date and her role in the horror film.
