Santiago del Estero will pay a year-end bonus of $1,300,000 to state employees

The government of Santiago del Estero announced that it will pay a bonus of $1,300,000 divided into three tranches to state employees of the province and municipal employeesafter conversations with the local branch of the General Confederation of Labor (CGT).

Silva Neder indicated that the year-end bonus will be paid in three installments: the first of $500,000, on Tuesday, November 5; another of $500,000, on December 6 and the third and last of $300,000, on January 3, 2025.

“In addition, Public Administration workers will receive the complementary annual salary, without discounts, on December 20,” he indicated.

In addition, It has been agreed to hold a special meeting for the first days of February 2025, with the aim of setting the new salary guideline, which will begin to take effect from the salary of that same month.
