The separation from Jennifer Lopez (55) is over – but that doesn’t stop Ben Affleck (52) from praising his ex-partner and current wife in the highest tones. Because there is promotional work for the joint film “Unstoppable”. Ben Affleck’s latest work as a producer is scheduled to hit US theaters on December 6th. Jennifer Lopez plays an important role in the film as the mother of the hero, the one-legged wrestler Anthony Robles (36).
Ben Affleck conducted a video interview alongside Matt Damon (54) and Cillian Murphy (48, “Oppenheimer”) about their joint film “Small Things Like These”. During the conversation, “Unstoppable” was also discussed. And Affleck waxed lyrical about everyone involved. He only said three words about his ex’s performance: “Jennifer is spectacular.”
“Unstoppable” tells the true story of Anthony Robles, who was born with only one leg. Nevertheless, he manages to become a wrestling champion at college, also with the support of his mother. Jharrel Jerome (27) plays the main role, while Bobby Cannavale (54) and Don Cheadle (59) can be seen in other roles.

Affleck doesn’t want to deny that JLo is in “Unstoppable” mainly because of him. “She can’t make it look like she’s doing me a favor, but she actually is.”
Jennifer Lopez then filed for divorce in August of this year. After just two years of marriage. Bennifer got married on July 16, 2022 in Las Vegas. A large and more traditional wedding ceremony in Georgia followed on August 20, 2022. The couple had been in a relationship twenty years ago, but the engagement fell through at the time.
