The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) advances with November payments. In that sense, and after a temporary suspension, the organization announced the Home Programafter agreeing with the Ministry of Energy.
The plan seeks to provide economic relief to families from a specific sector. And it focuses on the gas cylinder assistancedesigned for families that do not have access to the natural gas network.

What is the ANSES Home Program
He Home Program it’s a subsidy that seeks to financially assist families without access to the gas networkso that they can get bottles at an affordable price. The funds are deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
Likewise, the beneficiaries will receive a retroactive payment which covers the months from December 2023 to April 2024, to compensate for this time in which the benefit was paused. This works for those who applied for the subsidy before April 2024 and met the conditions of the plan.
The value is set by the Secretary of Energy and varies depending on the family group size, location of the home and time of year. An additional amount can be added to the basic subsidy:
- During the winter months.
- If more than 5 people live in the home.
Who can access the Home Program
People who can access the Home Program must meet the following requirements:
- That no member of the family group has a natural gas service in their name, nor has they requested the Social Gas Rate.
- That the income of the family group does not exceed 2 minimum vital and mobile salaries or if you are a monotributista up to category C inclusive. If one of the members is a person with a disability (and has a current CUD), The monthly income of the family group may be up to 3 minimum vital and mobile salaries. or if you are a monotributista up to category D inclusive.
- In homes in La Pampa, Neuquén, Río Negro, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego and the Patagones district (province of Buenos Aires), The monthly income of the family group may be up to 2.8 minimum vital and mobile salaries. or monotributist up to category D inclusive, or if a family member with a disability lives, up to 4.2 minimum vital and mobile wages or monotributist up to category E inclusive.
When is the ANSES Home Program launched?
The Home Program launches this month. From ANSES they have already determined the payment schedule for November, which varies depending on the completion of the holders’ DNI:
- DNI ending in 0: Friday, November 8.
- DNI ending in 1: Monday, November 11.
- DNI ending in 2: Tuesday, November 12.
- DNI ending in 3: Wednesday, November 13.
- DNI ending in 4: Thursday, November 14.
- DNI ending in 5: Friday, November 15.
- DNI ending in 6: Tuesday, November 19.
- DNI ending in 7: Wednesday, November 20.
- DNI ending in 8: Thursday, November 21.
- DNI ending in 9: Friday, November 22.
