Why not use vinegar or baking soda
Although it is most commonly recommended to wash fruits with vinegar or baking soda, experts do not recommend it. They assure that disinfection with vinegar does not fulfill its intended purpose. Although it manages to remove superficial food residues, leaves possible harmful microorganisms.
The same thing happens with baking soda, since it does not completely fulfill the sanitizing function either.

How to clean fruits in the best way
Experts assure that the only effective chemical to disinfect fruits in an optimal way is sodium hypochlorite. This component is present in food-safe bleaches.
A concentration of 4 drops per liter of water to ensure the effectiveness of the process. It also works on vegetables.
