Why not use vinegar or baking soda

Although it is most commonly recommended to wash fruits with vinegar or baking soda, experts do not recommend it. They assure that disinfection with vinegar does not fulfill its intended purpose. Although it manages to remove superficial food residues, leaves possible harmful microorganisms.
