The dispute of Robbie Williams with your neighbor Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin guitarist) has been reignited by plans to cut down a “fungus-infested” tree.
The dispute has erupted once again due to Williams’ request to Kensington and Chelsea Council to cut down a tree in his garden, according to the NME portal.
According to a report presented by Williams, a Norwegian maple is affected by honey fungusbut now it appears that neighbors have raised an objection, including Page who previously opposed Williams’ plans to cut down trees last year.
“There is no explanation why this tree had to be cut down.just a series of photographs that show damaged parts of it,” the protest reads.
“Shouldn’t there be a written report accompanying each felling proposal and what courses of action could be taken before the final resort to felling this tree?”

The couple, who live in west London, have been involved in a long-running dispute since 2014. Page originally opposed the Williams House Renovations after worrying that its vibrations would cause “catastrophic damage.”
Although the former member of Take That Granted permission to renovate his £17.5 million home, Williams complained that he could not move into his home and later lHe called Led Zeppelin guitarist “mentally ill”for which he later apologized.
The dispute erupted once again in 2018 after Williams reportedly wanted to build an underground gym and pool, and Page again cited his fears that vibrations caused by the renovations could cause “irreversible damage.” That same year, Kensington and Chelsea Council granted the singer permission to go ahead with the changes.
