Gymnastics star Simone Biles has a request for Joe Biden – on behalf of all women
The majority of black women voted for Kamala Harris in the US election. Same goes for Simone Biles. She makes one final appeal to the outgoing US President.
She belongs to the group of voters who voted overwhelmingly for the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris: Black women. Simone Biles makes no secret of how shocked she is by Donald Trump’s re-election as US President. “Fucking crazy,” she wrote on Instagram about a post that said a convicted felon was chosen over a woman.

Now she has appealed to the outgoing US President Joe Biden on X, formerly Twitter. “Mr Biden, stand up, straighten your back and shake up a few things before you have to go,” she wrote on the short message service. She signed her post with “xoxo, the women of America.”

The US election statistics prove (again) that black women are the most loyal Democratic voters. According to post-election polls, 89 percent of them voted for Kamala Harris. Meanwhile, Donald Trump had little chance with them, while he was able to gain percentage points among Latinos and black men.
The gymnast made it clear what Simone Biles thinks of Donald Trump at the Olympic Games in Paris last summer. Biden awarded Biles the Medal of Freedom
In the summer of 2022, Biles was awarded the “Presidential Medal of Freedom” by Joe Biden of all people. “Simone Biles is the most decorated American gymnast in history with a total of 32 Olympic and World Championship medals. Biles is also a prominent advocate for the mental health and safety of athletes, children in foster care and victims of sexual assault,” the White said at the time A house.
