ANSES: the procedure that AUH beneficiaries must complete with a simple form

November 7, 2024 – 12:00

Until December 31, ANSES beneficiaries will have time to submit this procedure. Find out what it is about.

The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) requests that all its beneficiaries who receive the AUH hand over their children’s booklet, this is not only done to be able to receive 20% withheld by the agency, but also through the information obtained with the AUH Booklet, ANSES and other state agencies can obtain updated data on the health, education and social conditions of the beneficiaries.

These data are essential to improve public policies aimed at children and adolescents, allowing the creation of assistance programs that better respond to the needs of the population.

How to process the AUH Booklet in ANSES, step by step

To process the AUH Booklet, it must be done through a valid form on the ANSES website:

  1. Enter my ANSES with CUIL and Social Security Code.
  2. In the Children > AUH Book section, consult the information about the children or dependents for whom the allowance is received.
  3. If any section needs to be completed (education, health or vaccination), select the Generate Notebook option to download it or send it by email.
  4. Print the form (on a single sheet and with good print quality) and take it to the health center or school to complete (as appropriate). It is important to check that it is completed in clear handwriting without erasures, and that it contains the required signatures and stamps.
  5. Take a photo of the completed form (take it on a flat, well-lit surface and show the four corners marked in black). The image must be less than 3 megabytes (MB) and be in JPG format. Then, re-enter my ANSES, select the option Children > AUH Notebook > Upload AUH Notebook, and follow the instructions to complete the procedure.
  6. The upload process ends when the holder receives an email confirming that the submission was successful.
