Is she giving up her privacy again?

With the election of Donald Trump, Melania Trump’s fate as First Lady was sealed again. Will she give up her privacy for this?
With the re-election of Donald Trump (78) as US President, his wife Melania Trump (54) is also moving more into the public eye again. But according to rumors, the former and future First Lady of the USA does not seem particularly keen on this upcoming task. These reasons speak against a full-time comeback for Melania Trump as the radiant First Lady of the United States of America alongside her re-elected husband.
Melania Trump values her privacy more than anything else
Melania Trump has repeatedly emphasized in recent weeks how much she values her privacy. In the memoir, titled after her first name and published in October, she explicitly writes: “I have chosen a more discreet public presence, in complete contrast to Donald. I have always valued my privacy and chosen a more selective one lifestyle decided.”
She explicitly emphasized this opinion again when she was a guest there to talk about her book and the upcoming US elections. Melania Trump said she has become very selective about where she goes and what she does. The reason she gave was: “It’s dangerous outside.”
In the same interview, however, she also emphasized that she was not afraid of being first lady again. This time it’s something different: “I have a lot more experience, a lot more knowledge, I’ve lived in the White House before. So I know exactly what to expect and which people we need. I need people on my team and who share my vision, who help me because they serve the country.” In her book and in a TV interview, she reported that some people stabbed her in the back during her first term as First Lady.
It was only shortly before the elections that there was close unity with Donald Trump
Melania Trump made it clear at the start of the election campaign that she had become much more selective with her public appearances. Even later, their appearances at Donald Trump’s side could more or less be counted on one hand. However, on the occasions when she appeared, she was always in a good mood and with a beaming smile.
It was only shortly before the elections that she surprised everyone at the end of October with her first campaign appearance at Madison Square Garden in New York and presented herself with Donald Trump as a close-knit and close unit. In her speech in front of around 20,000 Trump supporters in her favorite city, she said: “New York City and America need back the magic that has shaped this city for generations,” said the 54-year-old.
Her son Barron is more important to her than anything else
Will Melania Trump live in the White House again next year? Statements from an insider speak against the soon-to-be First Lady moving to Washington DC, saying that Melania Trump is by no means keen on moving there. “She will have her private residence there and she has her home in New York and her home at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.” She will probably spend her time in all of these places. However, it is unlikely that she will make the White House her primary residence. She will probably stay in New York primarily so that she can be closer to her son Barron Trump (18), who is studying economics at the university there. He is more important to her than anything else.
Nevertheless, she wants to take part in events at the White House where her presence is desired, “just as she always has.” She knows “what to do, but she has a mind of her own.” That won’t change, according to the insider close to the clan.
Not part of the “whole team”?
A post from Trump’s granddaughter Kai Trump also suggests that Melania – unlike the rest of her husband’s family – will withdraw from the limelight despite the election outcome. After the election victory, the 17-year-old posted a family photo and captioned it with the statement “The whole bunch.” The striking thing about it: While there is no trace of Melania Trump in the picture, Elon Musk (53) has positioned himself on the edge of the group next to Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump (42). During the party in Palm Beach, she stood smiling on stage next to her husband and had cast her vote next to him at the polling station earlier in the day. Coincidence or a sign?
