First anniversary of death
Heino pays tribute to his “unique” Hannelore
On the first anniversary of his wife Hannelore’s death, Heino looked back on “44 years of marriage full of love, happiness, cheerfulness and harmony.”
A difficult day for singer Heino (85): he honors his wife Hannelore Kramm (1942-2023) on the first anniversary of her death. She died on November 8, 2023 in Kitzbühel. “Today marks the first anniversary of the death of my beloved Hannelore,” he writes about a clip for his song “My Song for You,” which also features his wife. “I look back with a laughing and a crying eye on more than 44 years of marriage full of love, happiness, cheerfulness and harmony and miss Hannelore very much.”
He spends a difficult day with friends
The musician further explains about his long-time manager Helmut Werner (40), his wife Nicole Mieth (34) and their son Lennie: “They give me support and confidence and I am grateful that they are with me.” The video also shows a photo of Hannelore’s gravestone, which was set up last week, as Heino reports. “Helmut designed it himself with great attention to detail and, in my opinion, it is unique. Hannelore was also unique and I am sure that she would have liked it very much too.”
He would like to thank his fans “for all of you visiting Hannelore’s grave in Kitzbühel in such large numbers and remembering her.” He spent the anniversary of his wife’s death “with Helmut, Nicole and Lennie, as well as with two dear friends from Tyrol.”
The couple met at the Miss Austria pageant in Kitzbühel in 1972 before tying the knot in 1979. The two of them went through thick and thin for many decades. Losing his beloved wife after 44 years of marriage was painful for Heino. Nevertheless, he has been brave ever since.
At the Vienna Opera Ball in February 2024, Heino made a public appearance for the first time since his wife’s death. On May 30th he wrote: “Our Hannelore would have been 83 years old today. We are thinking of you and miss you very much. With eternal love!” He added a heart and a dove emoji to a photo of the couple together.
