Eleven Grammy nominations: Beyoncé more successful than Taylor Swift this year

Beyoncé already has more Grammys than any other music star. She can expand her collection further next year. There are also German price opportunities.
US superstar Beyoncé is the favorite for the next Grammy Awards. The 43-year-old was nominated eleven times for what is probably the most famous music award in the world, including for “Cowboy Carter” in the “Album of the Year” category, as the organizers announced during a live stream. The musician already has 32 Grammy trophies – more than any other star in the history of the music awards.
Behind Beyoncé were Charli xcx, Billie Eilish, Post Malone and Kendrick Lamar with seven nominations each, and Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift with six. Music recordings that were published between September 16, 2023 and August 30, 2024 were eligible.

The Grammys are scheduled to take place for the 67th time on February 2, 2025 in Los Angeles. Around 13,000 members of the Recording Academy decide on the winners of the Golden Gramophones, which are among the most coveted music prizes in the world and are awarded in more than 90 categories.

There are also German prize opportunities: In the “Best Classical Producer of the Year” category, for example, the producers Christoph Franke and Dirk Sobotka were nominated.
Last year, pop superstar Taylor Swift won her fourth Grammy in the main category of “Album of the Year” for “Midnights”, passing Paul Simon, Frank Sinatra and Stevie Wonder with three awards each in the category and making music history written.
