Kristina Vogel immediately said yes: In the RTL long-running hit “Unter uns” she plays herself and is committed to good causes.
The two-time Olympic champion Kristina Vogel stars in a daily soap. The 34-year-old former track cyclist will be seen in the RTL series “Unter uns” on November 18th, as the broadcaster reported. “When I was offered the opportunity to become part of Schillerallee, I was of course extremely happy,” said Vogel, according to the statement. “I didn’t have to think about my decision any further. This is also an excellent way to draw attention to the RTL donation marathon.”
About the content of the “Unter uns” episode: The two-time Olympic track cycling champion Vogel, who has been dependent on a wheelchair since a training accident, spends a night in the Maybach guesthouse. When checking in, she praises Schillerallee’s commitment in a conversation with Ute Huber (Isabell Hertel). Every year the community collects money for the RTL telethon. As a thank you, the athlete gives Ute a small gift. The station’s fundraising event runs on November 21st and 22nd this year.
“Unter uns” runs daily from Monday to Friday at 5:30 p.m. on RTL and at any time on RTL+.
