People magazine named John Krasinski the sexiest man alive of 2024.
Krasinski was revealed as the new winner of the honorable title on this Tuesday’s episode of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” The publication also shared a photo of its new cover on social media.
At the reveal, the presenter Stephen Colbert He was upset about not having received the coveted title. Krasinski appeared on screen to comfort Colbert, telling him, “Okay, you’re not the sexiest man in the world, but who cares? Who is it? Except me, apparently.”
Krasinski then appeared in a hilarious ’80s commercial-style video where he taught Colbert tips on how to be sexy.
Who is John Krasinski?
Krasinski is best known for playing Jim Halpert on The Office for nine seasons. He also directed and starred in the film A Quiet Place of 2018 with his wife, the actress Emily Bluntand directed the sequel in 2020.
Another of his works was in the series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan from 2018 to 2023, in which he played Jack Ryan in the Prime Video television series. A movie based on the series was announced last month.
Krasinski joked that when he told Blunt about his sexy achievement, he couldn’t understand what he was saying because “there was a lot of laughter on the other end of the phone.”
