Sweet family: Christina Aguilera shares family pictures

Christina Aguilera (43) gives rare insights into her family life! The singer shared a series of numerous pictures from her everyday life – but two snapshots that show her children Summer Rain (10) and Max Liron (16) are particularly noticeable: In one photo, the little one is beaming with her famous mom and singer Raye ( 27) into the camera, while the trio poses in front of a picturesque landscape with Aguilera’s fiancé Matthew Rutler (39).

The fact that Aguilera shares photos of her children online is a rarity. Aguilera’s fans are apparently all the more pleased to see how big their offspring have become. “Max is so tall… Beautiful family,” commented one user, while another person wrote: “The last photo is beautiful, how your children have grown. […] They both have Mom’s fashion forward style.”

Aguilera explained how difficult it was for her to want to protect her children but at the same time give them freedom. “I love my son and daughter so much, and you want to shield them from the world and protect them. But they have to learn their own lessons,” Aguilera said through tears. Her concerns are not unfounded, as the 43-year-old singer also made clear during the conversation: “I’ve seen so much at such a young age. You just want the best for your children.”

Aguilera herself developed into a world-famous pop star overnight – at the age of just 18: she celebrated her breakthrough with the song “Genie in a Bottle” and has since become one of the most successful singers of our time. In 2008, Aguilera became a mother for the first time. The father of her son Max is the music producer Jordan Bratman (47), to whom she was married from 2005 to 2011. While filming her film “Burlesque,” Aguilera met Rutler, who worked on set as a production assistant. The couple got engaged in 2014. In the same year their daughter was born.
