Since the success of Deadpool & Wolverine at the box office, there has been talk of a return of the rest of the cast of X-Men now in the Marvel universe. So, too, there has been debate over whether his antihero Magneto could return. And specifically, whether it could be interpreted by Michael Fassbenderwhich emphasized that he is available for the role.

However, and with the success brought by Deadpool & Wolverine, the latter being another X-Men character, there has been talk of a return of the mutant group to the big screen or streaming.
What Michael Fassbender said about playing Magneto again
Because of this, Michael Fassbender referred, in conversation with Collider, to his love for Marvel’s latest hit: “I loved working with Hugh [Jackman]. You know, he’s an absolute gentleman; He has a lot of talent. I’m a big fan of Ryan. [Reynolds] and what he has done with the Deadpool series.”
In this sense, the actor confessed to being a fan of Deadpool, this being his favorite Marvel character. One reason why “always open to things”but it needs coordinated timing to even do it. In his words: “I have two small children. I want to be available to them and be close. Right now my focus and energy is really on The Agency (his new film), but never say never.”
With the door open, all that remains is to see what lies ahead for the X-Men in this new stage of the UCM. One where fans expect a return of Magneto and, with it, Michael Fassbender wearing the helmet again.
It should be remembered that after Ian McKellen completely took over the role of Magneto during the original live-action mutant saga, Fassbender inherited the role from First Classgiving an equally acclaimed version of the popular villain.
