The Sean “Diddy” Combs scandal is expanding. Now a male alleged victim is speaking out. He was raped.

The case of former rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs (55) is becoming increasingly drastic. After several accusations of sexual assault, another alleged victim is now making serious allegations against the musician. The allegations, revealed in a new lawsuit, paint a disturbing picture of events.

Combs is said to have sexually abused a man in 2001. The plaintiff, who was working as an actor at the time, describes in detail an incident at a casting appointment in a New York hotel. What started as a professional meeting for a music video is said to have turned into a nightmare. After drinking a drink that, according to the lawsuit, was allegedly laced with drugs, the man said he fell into a state of twilight. However, he allegedly recognized the rapper from his distinctive necklace and tattoos.

The alleged victim’s descriptions of the following actions are detailed and graphic. According to the indictment, oral and anal rape occurred. An unidentified white man also took part in the acts. The massive physical injuries later had to be treated medically; among other things, the victim broke a molar because a metal device was said to have spread his mouth open. According to his own statements, psychological consequences such as depression also plagued the man long after the incident.

FBI is investigating an extensive case against the rap mogul

The new charges are part of a series of allegations against Sean Combs. The FBI has already searched his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. The investigators came across explosive material – including videos of extravagant parties. Weapons were also seized. Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently in custody in a New York prison awaiting trial.

However, the case has become increasingly widespread since his arrest. In total, lawyers now represent over 120 alleged victims. The allegations range from sexual assault to human trafficking. The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025. Combs himself denies all allegations through his lawyers and pleads not guilty. His defense speaks of “shameless publicity stunts” and “lies.”
