Kaley Cuoco: Living with a toddler is like living with a drunk person
“The Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuoco is currently feeling like she has to take care of a drunk best friend as a mother. In the interview she explains the parallels.
US actress Kaley Cuoco (“The Big Bang Theory”) compares everyday life with her toddler daughter to the constant presence of an alcoholic friend. “Taking care of a 19-month-old is like taking care of your drunk best friend every day,” the 38-year-old said on Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show.”
What drunk people and small children have in common
Like drunk people, toddlers cry when they don’t get what they want, Cuoco explained. “You make sure they go to the bathroom or you clean up their vomit. They’re also freaked out and you spend the whole day making sure they don’t die.”
Cuoco’s daughter Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey was born in March 2023. The actress and Matilda’s father, “Ozark” actor Tom Pelphrey, announced their engagement last summer.
