The new scheme will impact the monthly salaries and hourly payments of workers. The estimated salaries for December 2024 are:

These amounts correspond to workers who work 24 hours or more per week with the same employer, as stipulated by Law No. 26,844.

Registered workers also have access to two additional benefits that complement their basic salary:

• Seniority: 1% of salary is awarded for each year worked in the same job, effective since September 2020.
• Unfavorable area: An additional 30% is applied for those tasks carried out in provinces such as Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, Río Negro and in the Patagones district, among others.
