The corporate buildings segment continues to grow, this time with the help of HIT, the firm that provides premium and all-inclusive work spaces, which has just announced an investment of US$10 million in two new corporate buildings: HIT Arguibel , in Las Cañitas, and HIT Polo, in Palermo. Between both headquarters, the company will add 10,000 m2 to its portfolio of AAA buildings, consolidating a total of 50,000 operational m2.
“We are very excited to confirm this new investment and the expansion of our 5-star spaces. Today, we have more than 90% occupancy in our current headquarters and with HIT Polo and HIT Arguibel we continue to seek to expand our footprint to meet the needs of all companies looking for AAA flexible offices,” said Uri Iskin, CEO and Co- Founder of HI.
Since its creation, almost 10 years ago, HIT has experienced strong expansion. In July of this year, the company inaugurated HIT Vilo, its first headquarters in Greater Buenos Aires, which required an investment of US$2 million.
“With the incorporation of HIT Polo and HIT Arguibel, we will operate 13 buildings totaling 50,000 m2, in the best locations in the city.. We have plans to continue expanding as we see a clear unmet demand from large and medium-sized companies related to our all-inclusive solutions. NOur next step is Mexico City,” said Gabriel Bucher, CCO and Co-Founder of the company.
HIT Polo, of 6,000m2, is a premium space, where HIT will host the most recognized companies through a comprehensive and innovative experience. Located on Dorrego Avenue, with panoramic views of the Polo Field, the Rose Garden and the Palermo Hippodrome, the space is part of Ola Palermo, a 5-story, 3-core work designed by the prestigious ODA Architecture studio in New York.

According to the company, HIT Polo will be the most disruptive in its segment. It will have two exclusive floors of corporate offices, meeting rooms, training rooms and work cafes. In addition, it will offer amenities to enhance the experience of its members with a differential proposal that includes an exclusive wine cellar, hairdresser, massage room, technical bookstore, gift shop, siestario, ophthalmological office, nutritionist and lactation doctor. HIT Studio Polo will also operate there, the first HIT studio for more than 200 people that will even offer a hologram service.
For its part, HIT Arguibel, which has 4,000 m2 and four floors, is located at Andrés Arguibel 2860, surrounded by the most outstanding gastronomic places in the city. In line with the flexible office modality and new work trends, it has auditoriums with streaming, training rooms, meeting rooms and workcafes, as well as multiple outdoor spaces, and an incredible terrace with a grill where HIT Social will operate.
Like the rest of the HIT headquarters, the Arguibel building has a privileged location and easy access, since it is located a few blocks from Av. del Libertador, Av. Luis María Campos and Av. Dorrego.
A key fact is that HIT’s investment implies, in addition to the work spaces themselves, the expansion of more of the company’s business units, since HIT Café, HIT Social and HIT Studio will operate at both headquarters.
HIT Café, which was originally born as a specialty coffee proposal, today also offers lunch and catering services, while HIT Social focuses on holding all-inclusive corporate and social events. Meanwhile, HIT Studio are auditoriums with capacity for more than 100 people, equipped with the latest technology for the production of different types of events and conferences. (in-person, hybrid, virtual, streaming), according to the needs of the companies.
