Loan Peña case: they will advance with the raking of four lagoons

In parallel, this Wednesday it was learned that at least four loopholes are going to be searched in the case for the disappearance of loan after it is confirmed that during the investigation they had never been analyzed. There is also the possibility that some may be emptied for greater precision in the results.

“There are procedures prior to that determination. Raking and aquatic search under the direction of SIFEBU, that is, what should have been done previously and was not done”said lawyer Juan Pablo Gallego in dialogue with Agencia Noticias Argentinas.

When asked about the probability that any of the loopholes would be filled, the lawyer highlighted: “Under the SIFEBU procedures and protocols, each step must be followed and the judge must be informed of this, who has understood that this search was initially done poorly.”

It was learned that one of the lagoons is close to the field of Maria Victoria Caillava and Carlos Perez, two of the detainees in the case. Although there is no date for when said inspection will be carried out, Gallego maintained that “the measure is in place” and that we are waiting for “resources arrive for its development.”

Now, Justice has to notify them once the resources have been obtained in order to begin the operations.
