The Government called on companies interested in participating in the “Insert” Program to formalize their presentations starting today and until October 31, 2025 inclusive.
In September 2023, the government of Alberto Fernández launched the National Financing Program to promote the generation of employment in the sector knowledge economy. With the aim of optimizing its implementation, the Ministry of Economy introduced operational and technical adjustments to the Bases and Conditions of the program, which will come into effect this Thursday, November 28.
Within this framework, companies interested in participating in the “Insert” Program were invited to formalize their presentations starting today and until October 31, 2025 inclusive.
Program “Insert”: the basic features of the program
- Aim: federalize the Knowledge Economy industry by generating employment throughout the Argentine territory.
- Financing: The Trust Fund for the Promotion of the Knowledge Economy (FONPEC) was created, made up of an administrative and financial trust, with the aim of financing said law, supporting productive investments, financing working capital, promoting the development of environmentally sustainable companies, promoting the international commercial insertion of companies and new ventures and innovation.
- Application Authority: the Secretariat of Small and Medium Enterprises, Entrepreneurs and Knowledge Economy, which depends on the Ministry of Economy.
- Benefit: the PROGRAM will grant a benefit on account of social security contributions for an amount equivalent to a living and mobile minimum wage of the month under analysis of F.931 for each new worker hired. This benefit will be granted for a maximum of TWELVE (12) consecutive months and will be accredited directly by ARCA to be used from the month immediately following the presentation of the DDJJ F.931 provided that the continuity of the employment relationship of the person for whose hiring the benefit has been approved, after verification by MANAGEMENT of compliance with the requirements established in these Bases and Conditions.
This benefit is conditional on both the company and the worker meeting the established requirements and is subject to the availability of the space. At the time of evaluating the benefit request and for the purposes of validating the incorporation of new workers.
