A real premiere: Lena Gercke and Dustin Schöne pose together for the photographers at the LeGer Christmas Party in Berlin.
Lena Gercke (36) usually walks the red carpet alone, but there was a real premiere at her annual LeGer Christmas Party on Wednesday evening in Berlin. She posed beamingly for the photographers with her long-time partner Dustin Schöne (39).
In keeping with the casino theme of the evening, the couple rang in the festive season in glamorous outfits. While the model attracted attention in a white dream dress with a deep neckline, high leg slit and cozy stole, Schöne appeared in an elegant tuxedo. The 39-year-old usually stays in the background, preferring to let his partner take the spotlight. The two have been a couple since 2019 and have two daughters together.
“My absolute highlight of the year”
The guests at the Berlin restaurant Papillon also included numerous prominent guests such as Ruby O. Fee (28), Laura Wontorra (35) and Alec Völkel (52). “Our LeGer Christmas Party is my absolute highlight of the year for me,” enthuses Gercke in an interview with spot on news. “I look forward to it incredibly every time. It’s a really warm, very familiar Christmas party where everyone should have fun and we really put a lot of effort into it, planning for many months, to have a wonderful evening together with our guests today to have a great night.”
The former “Germany’s Next Top Model” winner has been in the Christmas spirit for a long time. “We’ve had our Christmas tree at home for two weeks. I just love starting all the Christmas decorations early; of course, that quickly gets you in the Christmas spirit.” The mother of two is only lagging behind with the gifts. “To be honest, there’s so much to do this year that I don’t have a single gift yet. But I’ll take care of it very soon so I don’t have to do everything last minute.”
The children come first
There is actually an agreement with her partner not to give each other anything. “But then every year we surprise each other every now and then. But it’s definitely not a must and if one person didn’t make it, that’s perfectly fine. We concentrate more on making the festival nice for the children and is associated with good memories, we tend to take a step back.”
