Judi Dench turns 90: “Everyone should have a parrot”
British actress Judi Dench will celebrate her 90th birthday next week. In an interview shortly before, she talks about her pet named Sweetie.
British actress Judi Dench (“James Bond”) has fun with her parrot Sweetie shortly before her 90th birthday. “My God, she’s funny. She’s very, very funny. Everyone should have a parrot,” the 89-year-old actress told the Sunday Times.
Her parrot, according to the report an African gray parrot, knows swear words and names of politicians. “She said ‘Boris Johnson’, but she didn’t get that from me. She listens to the radio,” Dench continued.
The actress is celebrating her 90th birthday next Monday (December 9th): “You get a little nervous when everyone says 90.” She doesn’t want to think about it so much and pretend she’s turning 29.
