Who receives a bonus and how much it will be in ANSES
To determine how much the bonus, 50% of the highest monthly remuneration obtained in each of the semesters of the period must be calculated.
The sum of the wages that the worker received during the year is calculated. This includes the base salary, but also other additional payments such as overtime, commissions, bonuses or other income if they apply.
The pensions that will collect the bonus will collect the following final amounts:
- Universal Pension for the Elderly: $381,518.51
- Non-contributory pension for disability and old age: $342,578.70
