British Fashion Awards: Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are an eye-catcher

Rihanna (36) is known for her fashion statements on red carpets. The singer also took the opportunity on Monday (December 2) to set herself apart when it came to styling. At the British Fashion Awards at London’s Royal Albert Hall, she appeared alongside partner A$AP Rocky (36) in a plush outfit.

The 36-year-old wore a turquoise fluffy statement hat and a light blue wrap fur coat. Rihanna highlighted her cleavage underneath with a black bustier top. A sequined, see-through skirt, which Rihanna also chose in black, was visible under the coat, as were her long leather gloves, tights and pointed strappy heels. She completed the look with silver jewelry which included a large necklace. Her partner appeared in a loose navy blue suit with a red tie. A$AP Rocky is an honoree at the British Fashion Awards, receiving the Cultural Innovator Award.

The award aims to recognize leading innovators in the entertainment industry “who have created viral fashion moments throughout the year that have had a profound impact on the fashion industry and wider culture,” according to the British Fashion Council. “Rocky is considered a fashion icon and has appeared in many high-profile advertising campaigns. In June 2024, Rocky made his Paris Fashion Week debut with his highly anticipated show ‘A$AP Rocky: American Sabotage’.”

Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky became parents to their son RZA in May 2022. The couple’s second son, Riot Rose, followed in August 2023. In an interview with Billboard, Rocky shared how the two stars balance their family lives and careers. Accordingly, the relationship is going “great”. The rapper gushed: “I don’t think there’s a more perfect person because when schedules are hectic, she’s very understanding. And when we’re free, we spend most of our time together. It’s all about understanding and compatibility .”
