Princess Sofia: Fourth pregnancy came as a surprise
Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden are expecting their fourth child. Sofia now revealed to “Vogue” how her sons reacted to the unexpected pregnancy.
The fourth pregnancy was a surprise for Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden. “Maybe it wasn’t planned, but now we are very, very excited. Especially the children,” Sofia said in an interview with Vogue Scandinavia, which was quoted by the Swedish magazine Svensk Damtidning.
She and her husband actually thought three children was a good number because they each have two siblings, Sofia said, according to the magazine. They were therefore very happy with their sons Alexander, eight, Gabriel, seven, and Julian, three. Now, she said, she’s excited about the “bonus” that’s on the way. The princess was photographed for the cover of Scandinavian Vogue on the occasion of her upcoming 40th birthday on December 6th.

Princess Sofia postpones 40th birthday party
