Amber Heard: The actress is expecting her second child

In 2021, “Aquaman” actress Amber Heard (38) surprised with the news that she had become a mother for the first time. Now a sibling is on the way for her three-and-a-half-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige. A spokesperson for the actress confirmed this. It is still “pretty early in the pregnancy”, so no details about a due date can be given. However, Heard is “very happy for both himself and Oonagh Paige,” US magazine quotes.

The spokesman did not announce whether the child would be carried again via surrogacy. After the birth of her first daughter, Heard wrote that four years earlier she had “decided that I wanted a child” and “wanted to do it my own way.” She knows “how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destiny in this way” and hopes “we get to a point where it’s normal not to want a ring for a nativity scene have”.

Amber Heard was married to actor Johnny Depp (61) from 2015 to 2017. The divorce was followed by a bitter mud fight, which was also publicly fought out in court. Amid serious allegations, the actor had sued his ex-wife for defamation. The defamation trial ended in 2022 with a legal settlement between both parties.

The actress has been living with her daughter far from Hollywood near Madrid for several years. She has largely withdrawn from the public eye and rarely appears professionally. She was last seen in “Aquaman: Lost Kingdom” in 2023. Nothing is known about a new partner.
