How do the stars feel about the gifts?

Christmas without presents? For many stars, this isn’t a problem: “The time we spend together is much more important to me,” explains Barbara Meier.

Christmas is getting closer and so is the rush for presents. It’s no different with celebrities, as they revealed in a survey by spot on news. “To be honest, there is so much to do this year that I don’t have a single present yet,” explains Lena Gercke (36), who invited people to her big “LeGer Christmas Party” a few weeks ago. “But I’ll take care of it very soon so that I don’t have to do everything last minute.”

There is actually an agreement with your partner not to give each other anything. “But then every year we surprise each other every now and then. But it’s definitely not a must and if one person didn’t make it, that’s perfectly fine. We concentrate more on making the festival nice for the children and is associated with good memories, we tend to take a step back.”

“The time we spend together is much more important to me”

Things are similar with her model colleague Barbara Meier (38). “Gifts for the children are of course important. But not for me, the time we spend together is much more important to me,” explains the former “Germany’s Next Top Model” winner. Vanessa Mai (32) and her husband Andreas Ferber also do without material things. “We tend to give each other time and moments together,” reveals the singer, who recently released her Christmas single “Snowman.”

With Harald Krassnitzer (64) and his wife Ann-Kathrin Kramer (58) there are “at best junk elves, but actually no gifts”. “We are no longer shoppers at all,” explains the “Tatort” star. “First of all, we have everything. If so, we give our son something else when we know he needs it – then that’s a surprise.”

“Something small that comes from the heart”

“We have the credo that we don’t give each other unnecessary things, rather something small that comes from the heart. The only thing that matters to us is that we are together,” summarizes Stefanie Hertel (45). The singer is currently on the “Family Christmas Tour” with her husband and daughter and hopes that she might discover something else on the tour.

Antoine Monot (49), on the other hand, has a very clear line when it comes to gifts. “We all make a gift list so that you usually get exactly what you really want – and not gifts that are meant to be nice but that no one actually needs,” laughs the actor. “Bergdoktor” star Hans Sigl (55) can apparently only dream of that. “I’ve wanted socks and ties for years. Nobody gives them to me because they always think it’s nonsense. But it is true. Let’s see what comes along this year.”
