The Pensar Foundation launches “Pensar Futuro”, a leadership and training program

It is aimed at young people up to 40 years old. There will be 40 scholarships, financed by Mauricio Macri’s PRO foundation.

The Pensar Foundation of the PRO launched Think Futurea leadership training program for young leaders and professionals designed together with universities Torcuato Di Tella and Saint Andrew. Registration began this Friday and there will be time until December 31.

Thinking Future is a program aimed at young leaders and professionals under 40 years of age from all over the country. It is funded by the Pensar Foundation and offers 40 scholarships. Registration will be open during December through the website fundacionpensar.org.ar/campus.

The president of the Foundation, the deputy Maria Eugenia Vidalstated that “Argentina has a leadership deficit” and this program seeks to alleviate that problem. He described the program as “a strong commitment to the young people of our country who have an interest and vocation for public management.”

To participate you must apply through the foundation’s official website and present a series of requirements. The teachers will be professionals from the Di Tella and San Andrés universities.

The Pensar Foundation was created in 2005, and since then it was planned as a center of thought and reflection linked to the PRO that Mauricio Macri presides over today.

The Think Future program

Participants will receive training for one year. They will be provided with practical tools and updated knowledge in public management and politics. The focus will be on key areas such as public policies, economics, leadership and emerging technologies.

The requirements to apply are: up to 40 years of age, have a university degree/degree in progress/technical/teaching degree and pass the selection process.

The program has five modules: macroeconomics and microeconomics for leaders; international politics and global relations; artificial intelligence and applied technologies; management and government strategies; leadership and team management.

The school year begins in March 2025. The program lasts one year and will be taught in virtual mode, both synchronous and asynchronous. It will also offer two scheduled in-person meetings.
